Welcome to AfterSchool Connect LLC. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our platform, including any content, functionality, and related services, whether as a guest or a registered user. Please read the Terms of Service carefully before you start to use Our Platform. By using Our Platform, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms of Service.

Our Platform is offered and available to users who reside in the United States or any of its territories or possessions.

1. Platform Services

Our Platform provides our users with resources for tasks including, but not limited to, organizing afterschool activities, programs, and sessions. You agree to comply with all applicable domestic and international laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations regarding your use of Our Platform.

2. Platform Membership and Payment

You may be asked to create an account to access certain features of Our Platform. We offer accounts for providers who offer activities and events, and for users who desire to participate in those activities. By registering for Our Platform, you warrant that you are at least 13 years of age.

All subscription payments are non-refundable. Providers may cancel their subscription at any time, which will terminate automatic renewals for the next term. In order to avoid automatic renewal charges, you must cancel 5 days before your subscription is set to renew.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Platform to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way
  • Transmit unsolicited advertising or promotional material
  • Impersonate or attempt to impersonate another person or entity
  • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Platform

4. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by AfterSchool Connect LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
